Anxiety, a life wrecker, is now more than ever messing with heads and hearts. Suicide, divorce and abandonment all on the rise, indicate that more and more are giving up. Where are we to turn when the earth around us seems so full of fear?

I have found true peace of mind settles in when Heaven comes to Earth. Isaiah 26:3 tells us, the King of Heaven, “...will keep in perfect peace all who trust in [Him] all whose thoughts are fixed on [Him]!” When a million worries darken our hearts, one supreme thought can lighten our souls.

Worry, is an indicator that our focus has moved from heaven to earth. But we don’t have to be victims of intrusive thoughts, Heaven can rule the throne of our minds. When the storms of life cloud our brains, may we let joy reign by keeping Heaven In Mind.

Psalms 145:5 “I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor and your wonderful miracles.”
